You’ll also find your friendly neighbors out and about as they walk their dogs or get some exercise, which is easily achieved on our hilly streets. Whether you are home owners, property owners, or in the process of building your new home, our website is designed with you in mind.

Our HOA Express website provides a valuable means of communication for our Summit community, continuously evolving as new information is added and links are updated.
